Diane Steinkamp Vice President, Privately Held Investment Manager

Diane is the privately held investment manager for Commerce Trust where she manages a team of closely held business advisors. She is responsible for privately held investment pre-acceptance evaluations, overseeing valuation of privately held businesses and business interests held in a fiduciary or custodial capacity, and implementation of compliance procedures. Diane joined Commerce in 2021. Prior to joining Commerce Trust, Diane was a senior associate at Clayton Capital Partners, portfolio process lead at Monsanto and project manager at Anheuser-Busch, Inc. Diane received her Bachelor of Science degree in general engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a member of the Olin Alumni Board at Washington University in St. Louis and member and past president of Industrial and Enterprise Systems Engineering Alumni & Advisory Board at the University of Illinois.
