Lori Finley
Assistant Vice President, Tax Accountant
Lori is a tax accountant for Commerce Trust responsible for oversight of fiduciary tax and informational reporting, including income tax returns, 1099s, estate, and partnership returns.
She is also a technical advisor to operational staff on accounting income and tax issues, corporate capital actions, and general asset and account set-up and is a technical advisor to administration staff on general income and tax issues of our customers, document review, research, and basis issues. Lori joined Commerce in 1989.
Lori earned a bachelor of science degree in accounting in 1985 and master of science degree in accounting with a taxation focus in 1986, both from University of Missouri–Kansas City. She is currently involved in the community as finance committee chairperson and Celebrate Recovery leader at Broadway Baptist Church.
