Jeremy Taylor, CPM®
Vice President, Manager of Real Estate Advisory Services
Jeremy is the manager of real estate advisory services for Commerce Trust, where he oversees the operations of the Commerce Trust Real Estate Department and provides guidance to clients on real estate holdings and related investments.
He oversees the administration and management of agricultural, commercial, and residential real estate; secured and unsecured notes and mortgages; Oil, Gas & Mineral Interests and other investments in non-publicly traded partnerships, joint ventures, and private companies that are structured primarily to own real estate. The team provides these specialized services and advice through fiduciary, advisory and consulting relationships when engaged to do so.
Jeremy attended Park University and received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. Additionally, Jeremy holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation, awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).
Outside of work, Jeremy serves on the Truman Heartland Community Foundation Advisory Board and the Board of Directors for the Sni Valley Fire Protection District. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for the National Trust Real Estate Association and is the Treasurer for the Oak Grove Band Booster Association.
