Dominic Avelluto
Financial Planning Analyst
Dominic is a financial planning analyst with Commerce Trust. He is a member of the financial advisory services team, a dedicated financial planning practice within Commerce Trust that provides objective financial advice to clients. Following a thorough assessment of a client’s unique situation and thoughts regarding wealth, Dominic develops holistic and coordinated plans to help clients meet their short term and long term goals as well as take full advantage of various planning, tax, and investment strategies along the way.
Dominic joined Commerce Trust in 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in linguistics from the University of Kansas. He brings three years of consumer banking experience to Commerce.
Dominic volunteers with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and with Catholic Charities. Outside of work, he enjoys running with the Kansas City Running Club, travelling through his family’s native Italy, and learning new languages to strengthen cross-cultural communication.
