Crystal is a private banking relationship manager at Commerce Trust. As a member of the private client team and an experienced, tenured private banker, she and her dedicated client support staff are responsible for ensuring each client’s experience with Commerce Trust exceeds expectations.
Crystal’s specific responsibilities include management of our clients’ day-to-day banking, cash management, and credit needs, while also helping them navigate the wide array of our financial services to find the solutions that best fit their needs.
Crystal joined Commerce Trust in 2026 and brings with her over two decades of experience in financial services, with a strong background in private banking, wealth services, and commercial banking. Her career has been defined by a commitment to building enduring client relationships and delivering customized financial solutions aligned with complex personal and business needs. Crystal is recognized for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to navigate sophisticated financial situations while maintaining a personalized client experience.
Crystal earned her Bachelor of Management in information systems from the University of Lethbridge. She also serves as a board member of the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri and the Epilepsy Foundation of Missouri and Kansas. Crystal is also a Missouri Botanical Garden Corporate Council member. Outside of work, her interests include golf, community outreach, sports, and spending time with her pets and family.
