Bill is an investment analyst for Commerce Trust. His primary responsibilities include research and production of the quantitative asset allocation models, strategic, and tactical asset allocation, as well as open architecture manager selection and review.
Prior to joining Commerce, Bill worked as a staffer for the Republicans in the Illinois House of Representatives.
Bill earned his undergraduate and master’s degree in economics at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He has earned his Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement™ designation. Bill enjoys spending time with his daughter, playing golf, and rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals.
