Brian is a private client advisor and team leader for Commerce Trust . He serves as a senior consultant and relationship manager providing clients with personalized objective advice and oversight across all of our services, including trust administration, financial advisory services, private banking, and investment management. Brian facilitates all aspects of relationship management for the client team, including administering complex trusts, maintaining client communication, and coordinating with internal and external partners to deliver a superior client experience.
Brian has more than 15 years of personal trust administration experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute Personal Trust School. He holds a Certified Trust Financial Advisor designation. In the past, Brian has sat on the boards of the Kansas Public Telecommunications Service (KPTS) and the Wichita chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Currently, he is a member of the Wichita Estate Planning Council, the Wichita Metro Crime Commission and is sitting on the United Methodist Open Door board of directors. Brian is a past recipient of the of The President’s Volunteer Service Award and was a 2019 Wichita Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree.
Outside of work, Brian spends his time supporting his hobby of being a musician playing trombone and bass guitar. He and his wife, Rachel enjoy visiting historical sites and Major League Baseball stadiums throughout the United States.
