ABOUT Gerald

Gerald is a real estate officer for Commerce Trust’s East Region, where he manages a portfolio of residential, commercial, and agricultural properties held in trusts, estates, and agency accounts. His responsibilities include property inspections, sale and purchase of real estate, lease negotiations and lease compliance, coordination of property maintenance and capital improvements, and resolution of property title issues.

His duties also include being the liaison for oil and gas mineral interests between a third-party management company and Commerce Trust. Prior to joining Commerce, Gerald managed a real estate department that centrally managed real estate throughout the United States.

Gerald attended St. Louis Community College and received his associate degree in material management.
